As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects using pre-planned work.

  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

  • Ensure students remain engaged and continue making progress throughout the school day.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has experience teaching within UK secondary schools.

  • Is confident, flexible and able to adapt to new environments.

  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
