The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning across the school.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Maintaining a focused, positive, and productive learning environment
• Supporting students to remain engaged and achieve lesson objectives
• Building strong relationships with students and staff
• Providing additional support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning needs where required

No lesson planning or marking is required, allowing you to focus on supporting learning and developing your classroom management skills.
