Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience working across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (or specific key stage if required)
  • Be flexible, proactive, and confident in different classroom environments
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Be committed to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
