A Secondary School located in Southampton, known for its strong values‑driven culture and “Good” Ofsted inspection ratings, is seeking a fully qualified Supply Teacher to support students’ learning on a flexible, day‑to‑day basis.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified teachers who are passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact while enjoying flexibility in their working week.

 

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver high‑quality teaching to students aged 11–16 during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining the school’s positive learning environment. You will confidently deliver pre‑planned lessons, adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs, and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. The role may also involve supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
