Full-Time Supply Teacher

Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf Area, South Wales

Are you passionate about education and thrive in dynamic teaching environments? We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Full-Time Supply Teacher to join our team, covering secondary schools across the picturesque Rhondda Cynon Taf area of South Wales. This role offers the opportunity to work 5 days per week, with the flexibility to engage in primary cover as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups within secondary schools.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of students.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all students.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to uphold high standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
  • Flexibility to cover both secondary and primary schools as required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
