Supply Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking a highly motivated, capable and innovative Cover Supervisor to work closely with our schools in the East Devon area. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual who can carry out general teaching duties and deliver high quality lessons.

As a Cover Supervisor you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity within the classroom. You will have good experience working with groups of children, preferably in a school setting. The ideal applicant will have the confidence to supervise a class, oversee the completion of preset work and manage the behaviour of others.

• Implement pre planned lessons effectively
• Support students in their learning by providing constant assistance and feedback
• Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policy
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Be flexible and adaptable to work different subject areas and different age groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
