Supply Teacher – Trafford and Stockport

Teaching Personnel are looking to register a number of Supply Teachers who are available (either part-time or full-time) to work in Secondary Schools in both Trafford and Stockport. The schools Teaching Personnel work with are a range of co-educational Secondary schools which will provide you with the opportunity to work in both Good and Outstanding Ofsted rated schools.

The role of a Supply Teacher is to provide cover within a range of subjects whenever a class teacher is unable to be in school – you will be adaptable and ready to turn your hand to any challenge. All the work will be prepared in advance, so all the candidate needs to do is to be able to deliver this successfully to the class whilst following the behaviour policy protocols.

We are able to offer you either part-time or full-time work, depending on whether or not your schedule is 1 day per week or 5 days – allowing for freedom of flexibility within your work. If you have QTS in any subject then this can be utilized and we can prioritize subject specific work for you. If you don’t have QTS, we are still able to offer you Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor roles.

  • Pay with QTS: £120 - £140 per day depending on experience
  • Pay without QTS: £83 - £93 per day depending on experience
  • Chance to work at Good and Outstanding Ofsted rated schools
  • Excellent experience to add to your CV
