Job Title: Day-to-Day Supply Teacher

Location: Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby Area

Salary Range: £140-£160 per day

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic and adaptable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team in the Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby area. The successful candidates will have the flexibility to work across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing excellent teaching and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching: Delivering high-quality lessons that align with the national curriculum for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

  2. Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

  3. Adaptability: Ability to seamlessly integrate into different school environments, quickly familiarize oneself with school policies, and work collaboratively with existing staff.

  4. Curriculum Planning: Prepare and plan lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students while adhering to the curriculum guidelines.

  5. Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and school staff.

  6. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

  7. Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and attend relevant training sessions to enhance personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  3. Strong classroom management skills.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
