Sports Coach

We at Teaching Personnel are the lead in education recruitment working with 95% of schools in some capacity. We are looking to expand our ever-growing team of support staff as one of our schools in the Trafford area is looking for a sports coach to start immediately.

This role will involve you assisting secondary school children (aged 11-16) with a variety of tasks around the school, needing you to be a fast learner and the ability to prioritise tasks is key. This role will be a temporary placement within the school with the option for this to become a permanent role, depending on your relationship with the school.

Key information of the role:

• Pay for this role will be £12.90 as a minimum with the option for this to go to £15.50.
• The hours for the role will be, 8:15 – 15:15, with some slight variation.
• The ability to make strong working relationships will be key to your success in this role.
• During your placement into schools, you will have the option to pull out and go to a different school with 2 weeks of notice, giving you that freedom until you find the school that is right for you.

Requirements for the role:

• You must be able to start within the month of you applying.
• Having experience in a school setting or a similar role will be required for this role, as well as having transferable skills to make your time within schools more successful.
• You must be in the UK to be eligible for this role.
• Your ability to communicate will be vital to ensuring you can deliver clear and concise instructions to the students.
