Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? Whether you're an experienced Pastoral Support Worker, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), or a Qualified Teacher, we have exciting opportunities to join a specialist SEN/SEMH school where your work will have a genuine impact every single day.
This is your chance to become part of a highly supportive, child-centred environment that prioritises meaningful relationships, personalised learning, and positive outcomes for every student.
With small class sizes of no more than four students, you'll have the time and opportunity to build strong relationships and provide truly individualised support. Every classroom benefits from a collaborative team approach, with Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and dedicated Pastoral staff working together to help every student thrive.
Whether you're looking to take the next step in your education career or bring your existing experience into a specialist setting, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time opportunity (8:30am – 4:30pm) with a September start, offering the consistency that helps students flourish and allows you to become an integral part of the school community.
