Join a dedicated team in a lovely Primary School in Bexhill-On-Sea. 

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Work collaboratively inside and outside the classroom, fostering a supportive learning environment. This full-time role offers the chance to turn your commitment into a permanent opportunity.

Pay Rate: £85.00 per day 

***If you refer an educator who registers with Teaching Personnel and works five or more days you will recieve £100.00!!!***

What we need from you?

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about engaging imaginations and nurturing children throughout various stages of their education.
  • Be an admirable role model with the ability to motivate children.
  • Team playing, caring, can-do attitude
  • Be resilient and hardworking.
  • SEN Experience.
  • Enhanced Childcare DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
