🔹 Run targeted interventions that go beyond worksheets-boosting academic skills, social confidence, and emotional regulation in 1:1 and small-group sessions.
🔹 Turn behaviour into breakthrough-using tailored guidance techniques that build self-esteem, positive choices, and genuine engagement.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR (DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?):

✔️ Level 3 TA qualified-or with substantial equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.
✔️ Proven SEN experience-whether in schools, residential care, or community programmes. You've seen the challenges, and you rise to them.
✔️ Skilled in differentiation, visual supports, and assistive tech-you know the tools and when to use them.
✔️ Patient, adaptable, and solution-focused-with the communication skills to build trust with pupils, staff, and families alike.
✔️ DBS-ready-an active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one fast.
✔️ Reference-perfect-with two recent, strong professional references.
