If you're an experienced MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) instructor who shares our vision, we welcome you to join our team.

As an MFL Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our students' linguistic and cultural skills. Your commitment to educational excellence will help our learners achieve their language goals while fostering a love for languages and intercultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging Teaching: Develop and deliver dynamic MFL classes tailored to diverse learning styles, creating an environment where language learning truly flourishes.
  • Cultural Immersion: Immerse students in the diverse world of language and culture, encouraging them to explore new horizons through language acquisition.
  • Progress Assessment: Continuously assess student progress, providing helpful feedback and personalized support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
  • Inclusive Environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and interaction among students.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with fellow educators to enhance and adapt the MFL curriculum, sharing insights and best practices to improve the language-learning experience.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Your certified status demonstrates your expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern foreign language showcases your language skills and ability to inspire students.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and classroom management skills create a dynamic learning environment where students thrive academically and personally.
  • Passion for Education: A sincere enthusiasm for education and a dedication to the success of each student under your guidance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
