Position: Social Sciences Teacher (Sociology, Criminology, Psychology)

Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic lesson plans that stimulate critical thinking and encourage active participation among students.
- Deliver high-quality instruction in sociology, criminology, and psychology, tailored to the needs and interests of diverse learners.
- Cultivate a positive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity, respect, and open-mindedness.
- Develop engaging activities, projects, and assessments that promote both independent and collaborative learning.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students, helping them develop their analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum objectives, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive educational program.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of social sciences, integrating current research and real-world examples into lessons.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to ensure a holistic educational experience.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching social sciences at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in sociology, criminology, and psychology, including relevant theories, research methods, and contemporary issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons.
