Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants (TA) and Teachers to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across:
Wokingham

Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Flexible opportunities - long-term, short-term, and permanent roles available

You will be working in welcoming, specialist SEN settings supporting children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
• Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
• ADHD and associated behavioural needs
• Sensory processing difficulties

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Adaptable and confident working with diverse needs

For Teachers: Qualified (QTS/QTLS preferred), with SEN or classroom experience desirable
For Teaching Assistants: Experience in education or care is beneficial but not essential
