The School is opening its doors in late 2026 and will be a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious school for children and young people aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. With a capacity of 72 students, our vision is to create a safe, enriching and aspirational environment where every learner can thrive.
We are currently seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead and champion our provision for students with complex and special educational needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a specialist SEMH setting, working closely with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
Salary: £32,916 to £51,048 (M1-UPS3**) per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
The Role
As SENCo, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, inclusive education across the school. You'll lead the Annual Review process, support staff development, and ensure that our SEN provision meets the highest standards.
