Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised lessons
• Support students with diverse learning needs
• Adapt teaching styles to maximise engagement
• Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence
• Monitor and review student progress

Who We're Looking For

• Background in teaching, tutoring, or SEN roles
• Calm, supportive, and proactive mindset
• Strong ability to build relationships with learners
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Able to travel within the Haywards Heath area
