Previous SEND experience is always welcomed, but many fantastic educators come from mainstream education, youth work, coaching, residential care and mentoring backgrounds.

Before moving into recruitment, I spent several years working within SEND education myself.

That experience allows me to understand the realities of working in specialist schools and helps me match educators with settings where they'll genuinely enjoy working and make a lasting impact.

My aim isn't simply to fill vacancies-it's to build long-term relationships with educators and schools alike.
