Schools across East Sussex are currently looking for educators who can provide a calm, structured and supportive environment for pupils with additional needs.

These roles involve working with pupils across primary and secondary settings who may require extra support with behaviour, emotional regulation or learning. Schools are seeking staff who are consistent, patient and able to build positive relationships.

We are currently recruiting both teachers and classroom support staff who are open to opportunities within SEND and SEMH education.

Experience within SEND or SEMH is helpful but not essential. Schools value individuals who are willing to learn and develop.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
