SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex are continuing to look for educators who can provide stability, structure and positive support within the classroom.
These roles involve working with pupils across both primary and secondary settings who may require additional emotional, behavioural or learning support. Schools are looking for staff who can remain consistent, build trust with pupils and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
We are currently seeking both teachers and classroom support staff who are open to opportunities within SEND and SEMH settings across the county.
Each setting is slightly different, so the aim is to match educators with environments where they can feel confident and supported.

Experience within SEND or SEMH is beneficial but not essential. Schools are often happy to support candidates who are willing to learn and develop.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
