A number of SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex are currently recruiting educators who are interested in working within supportive and structured classroom environments.

These roles involve supporting pupils who may require additional behavioural, emotional or learning support in order to access education successfully. Schools are looking for staff who are reliable, patient and committed to helping pupils engage and progress.

We are currently seeking teachers, teaching assistants and learning support assistants who are open to opportunities across SEND and SEMH settings.

Experience within SEND or SEMH is helpful but not essential. Schools value individuals who are motivated and willing to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
