A friendly and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is expanding its SEND provision and is looking for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join the team for the full academic year.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children, building positive relationships, and supporting pupils with additional learning needs to flourish both academically and socially.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support pupils with SEND in class and through targeted interventions
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and the wider support team
  • Help create a safe and engaging learning environment
