SEN Teaching Assistant – Warrington (Inclusion Unit)
A primary school in Warrington is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within their inclusion unit.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with EHCPs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs.
• Working on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Implementing tailored support strategies and behaviour plans.
• Liaising with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress.
• Helping to create a calm and structured learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Be patient, consistent, and confident managing behaviour.
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and school routines.
• Be passionate about supporting pupils with barriers to learning.

This role would suit someone with a background in SEN or a strong interest in progressing within this area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
