Key Responsibility fo an SEN TUtor in Rushden:
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons based on individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support learners with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, dyslexia, trauma-related needs and other additional needs.
- Provide effective 1:1 and small-group tuition.
- Plan and deliver differentiated learning activities that motivate and engage learners.
- Monitor, assess and accurately record learner progress.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
