We’re looking for dedicated, experienced tutors in the Witney area who are ready to take on a role that extends beyond academic teaching.
If you’re an educator who understands that some young people need more than just a lesson plan they need consistency, patience, and someone who genuinely understands them then we’d love to hear from you.
We receive a high volume of referrals for both primary and secondary-aged pupils, many of whom have SEMH and other complex needs.
Our primary referrals typically come from schools seeking targeted, personalised interventions.

Whether working with primary or secondary pupils, your role will focus on helping young people reconnect with learning at their own pace while maintaining clear direction and expectations.
Consistency and reliability are fundamental. The pupils we support benefit from routine, stability, and predictable support.
Professionalism and effective communication are key aspects of this role.
Tutors will be expected to:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
