TP Tutors is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic SEN Tutors to provide individualised educational support to learners across Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

Position: SEN Tutor
Location: Basingstoke and nearby locations
Hours: Flexible full-time and part-time availability
Setting: In-person tuition

This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with additional learning needs through tailored one-to-one sessions. Learners may present with Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, SEMH challenges, anxiety-related barriers, or disrupted education experiences.

  • Deliver engaging face-to-face tutoring sessions
  • Monitor learner development and adapt planning accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with families and professionals
  • Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
  • Travel to student locations within Basingstoke and surrounding areas
  • Previous experience working with children or young people preferred
  • Suitable for teachers, tutors, mentors, and SEN practitioners
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Patient, empathetic, and flexible mindset
  • Reliable with good organisational skills
  • Awareness of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to commute for local tuition sessions
