Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Whiteley and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)
You’ll work closely with learners outside of mainstream classroom settings, delivering personalised sessions that support both academic progress and emotional development.
- Deliver structured, engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
- Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
- Adapt lesson content to meet individual learning needs
- Promote confidence, independence, and a positive mindset
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or SEN support
- Patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Able to travel within the Whiteley area
