Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges and succeed? We're looking for dedicated SEN Tutors in Blandford Forum to provide personalised, one-to-one learning support that helps students grow in confidence and achieve their goals.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Blandford Forum and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role
You'll work closely with learners who benefit from a tailored approach, creating engaging sessions that meet their individual needs while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver customised learning sessions
  • Support students with a variety of SEN needs
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit each learner
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or SEN support
  • Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Based locally or able to commute to Blandford Forum
