1. Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans for students based on their specific needs and abilities.

3. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students with SEN.

- Relevant experience working with students with SEN

- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a relevant educational qualification

Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting

- Knowledge of SEN best practises and methodologies

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Part-Time hours

- Temporary position

- Work location in Leatherhead, Surrey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
