  • Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Deliver tailored lessons to support students in achieving their educational goals
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students with SEN
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN

  • Understanding of different learning styles and abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Empathy and patience in working with students with SEN
  • Additional training or certification in special education
  • Experience using assistive technology in education
  • Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
  • Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
  • Potential for remote teaching or online tutoring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
