Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Skills: SEN experience

  • Provide one-to-one support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Implement strategies to help students improve academic performance and develop key skills
  • Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role
  • Understanding of various learning disabilities and special educational needs
  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Training in specific SEN interventions and techniques
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a school or educational setting
  • May need to travel to different locations within Berkshire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
