Education and Training

£20 - £30 per hour

  • Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student learning and engagement
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN

  • Understanding of SEN strategies and best practises
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Additional training in SEN education
  • Experience in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Work primarily in a students home or local venue 
  • May require travel to different locations within Enfield

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
