£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each student
  • Assist students in developing academic skills and strategies to improve their learning outcomes
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies for students with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Additional training or certification in Special Education
  • Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN

This role involves working with students in educational settings such as schools or pupils home.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
