As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to help pupils feel confident, supported and engaged in their learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a dedicated and collaborative SEN team

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Patient, caring and empathetic

  • Reliable, positive and adaptable

  • A good communicator and team player

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people

  • Keen to learn and develop within SEN education

Previous SEN or school experience is desirable but not essential. Transferable experience from care, support work, youth work, childcare, healthcare, coaching or similar roles is highly valued.

If you're someone who enjoys helping others, stays calm in challenging situations and wants to do work that genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Full-time, term-time hours

  • Monday–Friday working

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Support from an experienced SEN team
