SEN TA – ASD Alternative Provision
Location: Waltham Forest, East London

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN TA to join an ASD alternative provision based within a welcoming mainstream school in Waltham Forest. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN TA who is passionate about supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.
The successful SEN TA will work closely with experienced teaching staff to provide high-quality support to pupils with ASD, helping them to engage with learning, develop their independence and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.
As a SEN TA, you will play an important role in creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. You will support pupils both individually and in small groups, adapting your approach to meet a range of communication, sensory, behavioural and educational needs.
We are looking for a SEN TA who is patient, resilient and able to build strong relationships with pupils. Previous experience working as a SEN TA, particularly within an ASD, autism, specialist or alternative provision setting, would be highly advantageous.
