Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a genuine impact?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 with autism and social, language and communication needs in a specialist secondary school setting.

✅ Support students in lessons and throughout the school day
✅ Help develop communication, independence and emotional regulation skills
✅ Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to deliver tailored support
✅ Encourage positive behaviour through clear routines and therapeutic approaches
✅ Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Previous experience working in a school is essential
✔ Experience supporting students with SEND, autism or communication needs is desirable
✔ Patient, resilient and committed to helping young people succeed
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
