Secondary Teacher Assistant - SEN Specialist
Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the patience, empathy, and dedication to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential?
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive secondary school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive learning environment.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and the wider SEND team to provide tailored support for students with additional learning needs. You will play a vital role in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant training would be advantageous but is not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
