Teaching Personnel are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary SEN school in Worthing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and wants to work within a nurturing, specialist environment where every child is supported to reach their potential.
You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide tailored support to pupils throughout the school day, helping them to engage with learning, develop their independence and build positive relationships.
We are looking for someone who is:
Previous experience working with SEN, autism, complex needs, behavioural needs or within a specialist school would be beneficial. However, transferable experience from childcare, youth work, care, support work or similar settings will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
