We are currently recruiting for Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join specialist schools across Hampshire.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and reach their individual potential.

Working alongside teachers and other support staff, you will assist with classroom activities, encourage positive behaviour, support pupils with their daily routines, and help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Special Educational Needs (SEN) Schools
Supporting pupils with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, medical needs, and communication difficulties.

Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Schools
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, including those experiencing anxiety, trauma-related needs, or behavioural challenges.

We are seeking individuals who are patient, compassionate, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
