Are you a caring and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Redhill?

We’re working with welcoming schools seeking dedicated TAs to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and achieve their potential.

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
  • Assist with learning, communication and social development
  • Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
  • Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
  • Encourage pupils to become more confident and independent

We’re looking for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting children. Previous experience working with SEN is highly desirable, particularly experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH or communication needs.

Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but attitude, experience and a genuine commitment to helping pupils succeed are equally important.
