Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist secondary SEN school in the Wigan area. The school supports students aged 11-16 with a range of moderate special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), ADHD, speech and language needs, social communication difficulties, and associated learning barriers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to achieve their full potential.
The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored academic, social, and emotional support to students both inside and outside of the classroom.
