A specialist educational setting in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with pupils and wants to play an important role in helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will be supporting children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, both in the classroom and through dedicated 1:1 support.

Pay: £475-£500 per week

• Provide classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with ASD and other additional needs
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging activities and tailored interventions
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils
• Support children with their emotional wellbeing, social development, and academic progress
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour throughout the school day
• Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes will have:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN
• Experience providing 1:1 support
