This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are confident supporting children and young people with additional learning needs and are ready to hit the ground running from day one.

The successful candidates will play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their individual goals.

Working closely alongside teaching staff and therapeutic professionals, you will provide tailored support to learners with a range of complex needs including autism, communication difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and learning disabilities.

• Deliver targeted classroom support
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Encourage independence and personal development
• Adapt learning materials to individual requirements
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Support learners both academically and emotionally

• Previous SEN experience within education or specialist settings
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication abilities
• The confidence to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people
