We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools and specialist provisions across Salford, Bolton and Bury from September/October 2026 onwards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced SEN professionals, graduates considering a career in education, or support staff looking for their next challenge.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
  • Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and other learning needs
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and families
  • Previous SEN, care, support work or school-based experience
  • A patient, caring and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
