We are looking for dedicated, caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools across Redhill and the surrounding areas. Whether you have previous SEN experience or are looking to build a career working with children, we want to hear from you.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils

  • Supporting children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and SEMH needs

  • Helping pupils access classroom learning and activities

  • Supporting communication, social skills and emotional development

  • Implementing individual support and learning strategies

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals

  • Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
