Key Details

• Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Reading
• Salary: £90-£105 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group support to children with additional needs
• Assist with classroom activities and learning materials
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour management
• Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement EHCPs

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with Autism or SEMH preferred (training provided)
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
