Supply Desk are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Rickmansworth, starting this September.
This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and is committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with pupils, adapting their approach to meet individual learning and emotional needs while encouraging confidence, independence, and participation.
