Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs?

Teaching Personnel is seeking caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Morecambe from September. You'll support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

You may support pupils with:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Speech and Language Needs
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

  • A positive, patient, and resilient attitude
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable)
  • A passion for making a difference
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
