Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant, Ware

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with profound and complex needs
• Assist with personal care where required (e.g. feeding, toileting, mobility support)
• Support communication using tools such as PECS, Makaton, or visual aids
• Help implement individual education and care plans (EHCPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff

The Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant, Ware

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
