A specialist school in Wimborne is recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join on a permanent basis from September 2026, with the potential to begin earlier.

The provision caters for children and young people with a variety of additional learning needs, including autism spectrum conditions, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing needs, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, develop social skills, and celebrate individual achievements.
Applicants with previous experience within schools, care environments, support work, youth engagement, psychology, or behavioural intervention are highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
